The Graduate Education Program of Holy Trinity College of General Santos City is committed towards the:
R ealization of the avowed vision, mission and goals of HTC as a higher education institution;
E nhancement of the teaching-learning environment for the furtherance of knowledge-construction, dissemination and application;
S tandardization of its management system and operational practices as an academic unit;
