PSA-Sarangani Introduces CBMS to HTC Community

The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA)–Sarangani Provincial Statistical Office visited Holy Trinity College of General Santos City on September 22, 2026, to introduce the Community-Based Monitoring System (CBMS) to the HTC community.

Senior Statistical Specialist Carla Mary Lou D. Fusilero explained that the initiative aims to strengthen the understanding of teachers, researchers, and students on the importance of reliable data in evidence-based planning, poverty reduction, and developing programs responsive to community needs.

The activity highlighted the role of community-level data in helping institutions and local stakeholders make informed decisions and design interventions based on actual conditions and needs.
