Policy on Confidential Reporting, Protection Against Retaliation, and Non-Discrimination
The College promotes a safe, inclusive, and non-discriminatory learning and working environment, as reflected in Section 10.1.5 (Anonymous or Online Reporting) of the Student Handbook and the relevant provisions of the Administrative Manual on student and employee rights, discipline, and grievance procedures.
Under Section 10.1.5, students may use the official online reporting form posted on the Student Affairs and Development Official Facebook Page or the HTC website to confidentially report incidents or express concerns. All reports are treated with utmost confidentiality, fairness, and due process. Furthermore, no student shall be subjected to retaliation for filing a legitimate concern or grievance.
This reporting mechanism is established in compliance with Republic Act No. 11053 (Anti-Hazing Act of 2018), Republic Act No. 11313 (Safe Spaces Act), and relevant CHED Memorandum Orders on Student Affairs and Services.
Through these provisions, the College ensures accessible reporting channels and reinforces its commitment to protecting individuals from discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and unfair treatment.
